The suite of Clinician Led Online Mental Health Treatment Programmes provides guided self-help therapy which is evidence based. With over 30 courses available it is especially beneficial for mild to moderate anxiety & depression. CBT is just as effective as face to face therapy producing equivalent overall benefits.
